In the vineyards of the Terre di Giafar cooperative members, wine is a poetic song suspended between the majesty of Mount Erice and the embrace of the Mediterranean. We cultivate our vines on the western tip of Sicily, in the province of Trapani, where the land tells stories of light, wind, and ancient farming traditions.
Our territory enjoys a privileged geographical and climatic position.
The strong temperature variations between day and night, combined with the constant sea breeze, give the grapes a vibrant, proud soul
and deeply mineral.
Thanks to this extraordinary soil and climate variety, Terre di Giafar’s production expresses itself through a triple identity of excellence, guardian of the island’s biodiversity.
