DOC Erice

Tasting Notes: Color: Bright straw yellow with intense golden highlights. Nose: Unmistakable and intense thanks to its rich aromatic bouquet, ranging from orange blossom and jasmine to peach and apricot, combined with hints of honey. Palate: While the nose suggests a sweet wine, on the palate it is dry, fresh, savory, and enveloping, with a long finish.
