The “Terre di Giafar” Agricultural Cooperative was founded in 2008 by 14 Trapani entrepreneurs who wanted to sell their produce according to the principles of mutuality, thus avoiding the speculation of private operators in the Trapani area.

Nero d’Avola DOC Erice with an intense red color with purple reflections, aromas of black cherry, plum and blackberry. On the palate it is dry, soft and velvety, with balanced tannins and a persistent finish.

Grillo Vendemmia Tardiva
A pure Grillo with an intense golden yellow color, it presents hints of honey and ripe pear on the nose. In the mouth it is enveloping, delicate, persistent and surprising in its sweet-acid balance.
