Winemaking
Destemming and crushing in hyper-reduction and cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 8°C for 12 hours. Static decantation and fermentation at 13°C for approximately 20 days. 25% of the product is aged in French oak barriques for 5–6 months, the remainder in steel for approximately 5–6 months.
